While the solenoid is off I replaced the vacuum hoses aswell:





Right hose to actuator needs to be measured and then I will put new ones on as well and reallocate the solenoid if I ever need to disconnect it again.

21st March 2013:

Pff turbo inlet pipes are a B**** and m*****f***** job.

Saturday = 5 hours
Sunday = 0 hours (ill)
Monday = 0 hours (ill)
Tuesday = 6 hours .
Wednesday = 1 hour
Thursday = 6 hours

Total 15-18 hours.

This is how it looks now:



Stock airboxes going out after I have time to get a silencer in the y pipe,cleaned up all the solenoids in the BL intakes, and put on ID1000s.

Genuine Greddy BOV Type RZ:

Reversing them since I am not using the recirculation system and going for vent to atmosphere:

While the external/serpentine belt is off I replaced it as well with a gtr tax less belt to try out:

I strongly recommend you use 1/2" tools instead of 3/8" as these are prone to break when trying to get the tensioner loose.

25th of March 2013:

I went for a private meet with ゴジラ (Gojira) and some other members in Belgium and helping 　ゴジラ (gojira) with picking up parts and checking my adjustments of the blow off valves. You need two persons for checking this e.g. two bovs.

He scared the s*** out of it as he has never sat in one of these. The quickest he was in is a R33 Skyline GTST.

Small update:

Getting some custom silencer welded in as I failed the Db test at the track :

Limit 95DbA at 3500rpm (1/2 of redline)

My result 103DbA at 3500 rpm.
